Se describe la técnica de Zarins y Rowe con las variantes necesarias para realizarla mediante ci­rugía artroscópica con técnica de túneles óseos, en lugar de "Over de Top" y con anclajes de las plastias mediante sellado de los túneles con ci­lindros óseos.

Abstract

Zarins and Rowe Technique is described with the necesary variants to per­form by arthroscopy surgery and with bone tun­nels instead over the top, and with anchorage of the plastys by sealed tunnels with bone plug.
