El abordaje artroscópico de las formas de tipo PINCER y otros procesos del reborde acetabular

Resumen

Videotécnica que muestra el acceso al segmento más posterior y lateral de la ceja acetabular y el labrum que se presenta en las formas PINCER tanto globales como en las localizadas a la pared posterior. Se muestra el efecto de distracción asimétrica que se produce con las técnicas “dentro-fuera” y el abordaje según la técnica de “fuera-dentro”, así como la identificación y “esqueletización” de la formación PINCER. Se muestra la técnica de “labralización” preservando la lámina y unión condrolabral, y permitiendo la posterior refijación del labrum original. Muestra la realización de un cuarto portal (posterolateral) bajo visión directa y el acceso transcapsular al segmento más posterior e inferior. 

Abstract

Video-technique that shows the access to the posterior and lateral segment of the acetabular border and the labrum that appears in the PINCER forms both global and localized to the posterior wall. The effect of asymmetrical distraction that occurs with “in-out” techniques and the “out-in” approach, as well as the identification and “skeletal debridement” of the PINCER training is shown. The technique of “labralization” is shown preserving the sheet and chondro-labral union and allowing the posterior re-fixation of the original labrum. It shows the realization of a fourth portal (posterior-lateral) under direct vision and the trans-capsular access to the most posterior and inferior segment.
