Reconstrucción del ligamento cruzado posterior con túnel femoral ciego

Resumen

Se presenta una modificación técnica para lle­var a cabo la reconstrucción del ligamento cru­zado posterior (LCP), con túnel femoral ciego y fijación con tornillos interferenciales colocados bajo control artroscópico. La técnica es sencilla y reproducible, no precisa de instrumental es­pecial, acorta el tiempo quirúrgico y reduce las posibilidades de complicaciones derivadas de un túnel femoral excesivamente largo y no re­lleno en su totalidad por el tapón óseo.

Abstract

We describe a modified technique far the re­construction of the PCL based on the creation of an endoscopic femoral tunnel and fixation with in­terferential screws inserted under endoscopic gui­dance. The technique is simple and reproducible, does not require any form of special instrumenta­tion, shortens the surgical time and reduces the possibility of complications which may arise due to an excessively long femoral tunnel which is not completely filled by the femoral bone plug.
